Margrét Bjarnadóttir on WorldatWork “Pay Equity 2023: Charting a Course to Success” panel

The event will focus on the economic and workforce challenges that organizations are facing moving into 2023. In a context of uncertainty, businesses need to adapt to new pay laws and a growing need to take action on pay equity and transparency. This discussion will be solution-focused: how can companies deliver on pay equity in a sustainable way?

In addition to Margrét, the panel will feature speakers from other pay equity solution providers. These include Gapsquare, Payscale, Syndio, and Trusaic.

David Buckmaster will host the panel. His book, Fair Pay: How to Get a Raise, Close the Wage Gap, and Build Stronger Businesses, was longlisted for the 2021 Porchlight Business Book Awards. He’s a fair pay practitioner who has worked with well-known companies including Starbucks, NIKE, and Yum! Brands.

PayAnalytics introduces our new Workplace Equity feature

PayAnalytics’ new Workplace Equity feature helps organizations move beyond equity in pay alone. This feature helps companies analyze diversity and representation among current employees, new hires, and employees who exit the organization, and it looks for demographic differences in who receives raises and promotions.
